ABOUT THE CHEF
Sarah Krieger, MPH, RD, LD/N
Received a bachelors of science in dietetics from Central Michigan University and a masters of public health from the University of South Florida. She is a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist who specializes in weight management and has also traveled to many different regions, including Asia, Europe and countries surrounding the Mediterranean. Her passions include cooking regional foods, cooking new recipes, counseling and inline-skating!
Little known facts about Sarah. She is challenged by a new recipe-no challenge is too big or too small and no ingredient is too exotic or too simple.
She loves variety...some clients do too and have not had the same meal twice in over a year! (Some people prefer more repetition and Sarah respects that too.)
She is very flexible with any schedule. Most cooking dates are Sundays or Mondays, but can be flexible.
