certificate for a family member, or friend. Great for encouraging your loved ones to stay healthy and can be given on their birthdays, Valentines Day or anniversary. These gift certificates can be tailored to either one-on-one personal consulting, phone consulting or e-consulting. Meal service gift certificates are also available.
NUTRITION CONSULTING
Some individuals or families may desire a consulting session. This is your opportunity to have all your nutrition questions answered and to develop a personalized meal plan. During the first consultation we may decide that a plan will assist you and your family in meeting your nutritional goals. For example, if one of your family members has diabetes, then more specific meals will be planned.
ONE ON ONE CONSULTING
Consult with a licensed and registered dietitian. Portion control, weight loss, increased energy, controlled blood sugar or reducing blood pressure. These are just a few of the things you may want consulting on. We can discuss how best to meet your needs. r.
FAMILY CONSULTING
If your family is lacking the time to prepare healthy lunches and snacks, Dining Cents can save you more time while you gain health by preparing your kids lunch and/or afternoon snack.
Any meal plan is flexibe and negotiable. For example, your family may only want three dinner meals prepared, but may also want five afterschool snacks. Or you may want four dinner meals for your family, but want dinner for eight for Saturday night when you have out-of-town guests arriving. Dining Cents can also guide your family into making healthy food choices in a group counseling session.
PRICING
Most meals vary between $15 and $18 for a dinner entree and a side per person. This varies depending on the type of meal you order. For example, lobster tail with saffron risotto will be more costly than a vegetarian entree. This cost will be determined at the first consultation.
